Do you have those things you just can’t live without?
I’m always wondering what people like and why they like it. So I thought I’d share a few of my favorite things and why I like them, and really, why I can’t live without them. I will continue to add to this list as I find things.
WATER! I love water! I don’t know about you, but an ice cold glass of water is just so amazingly refreshing. It is my drink of choice, next to chai tea/black tea, which is my second love. Currently I’m trying to avoid caffeine because I’m nursing, so tea is a no go, and decaf just isn’t the same.
So water it is! I had no idea water could stay cold all day and not sweat all over everything in the process. My Hydroflask is probably one of my favorite purchases. My husband had one for about a year before I could bring myself to spend the money. These things aren’t cheap, but they are worth the money and now I can’t live without it!
Sidenote: My son is now also warped– he wants us to add ice to all his water. He’s used to stealing some of mine and it’s always ice cold.
On the Go Battery Charger
My husband, yet again, got something amazing and now I can’t live without it! I didn’t even know such a thing existed! This is a portable battery charger. My phone is almost always near dead. It’s probably time to invest in a new one, but for now I have my trusty battery charger that goes with me wherever I go. It charges my phone fast and I don’t have to charge it up all the time because it has 20,000mAh! This thing is definitely one of my favorite things.
If you love to do things yourself and are crafty you need a silhouette! This is by far one of my most FAVORITE things!!! I can’t live without it! It’s just so amazing.
You can make anything! I mean ANYTHING. Stickers, Signs, Personalized Clothing, the possibilities are endless. I’m cheap–I mean frugal, so when I see things I like in the store but don’t want to spend an arm and a leg, I just re-create it with my silhouette.
Here are some signs I made for my sister’s wedding:
Check out this video if you are curious and want to learn more. It’s seriously the coolest thing since sliced bread! Ok, sliced bread was never cool, but honestly it’s a DIYers dream!
This is seriously something every mom should have! Get rid of every other gadget in your kitchen and go get an Instant Pot! Don’t let me persuade you, but really, you need one! You can turn frozen chicken into a meal in less than 15 minutes! Add in whatever you like and some water, and PRESTO! Dinner is served! Go look it up! I’m not even kidding. There are so many other things you can make too. Like veggies in minutes, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, perfect rice, you name it, you can probably make it! It’s prefect for soups and bone broths too! It’s such a time saver, you won’t know what you did before you had it. I just love pushing a button and walking away. More time with my little people is always worth it!
